These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vip13 platform. By registering or continuing to use the site, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms in full.
Introduction to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and vip13 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vip13 website, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who uses, browses, or interacts with the vip13 platform in any way.
By accessing the vip13 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Access to the vip13 platform and all of its services is strictly limited to eligible individuals. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following eligibility conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age. vip13 does not permit access by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
- You are a natural person accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes. Use of bots, automated scripts, or software agents to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of vip13, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Employees and affiliates are prohibited from participating in real-money gambling on the platform.
- You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the vip13 platform or from any other gambling platform for fraud, abuse, or violation of terms. Any attempt to re-register under a different identity following a prior ban constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.
vip13 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above. By creating an account, you confirm you are legally entitled to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the platform of your own free will. Underage gambling is illegal. If we have reason to believe a user is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money betting and casino services at vip13, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1 above. vip13 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to identity documents (National ID, passport) and proof of ownership of payment methods.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the vip13 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, outstanding winnings will be voided, and any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled. vip13 may share information about duplicate account holders with fraud prevention services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vip13 immediately via the official support contact. vip13 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
vip13 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
vip13 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:
Deposits
The minimum deposit at vip13 is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your vip13 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. vip13 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own fees. You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) may take longer. vip13 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the vip13 account holder. vip13 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account correctly, or that a withdrawal has not been received, you must contact vip13 support within 30 days of the transaction date. vip13 will investigate the matter with the relevant payment provider and respond within 5 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
vip13 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:
The vip13 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. vip13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses will be forfeited if the associated account is found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or prohibited gameplay strategies.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a specific game or game selection only, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion. Free spins not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
vip13 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements, exploiting bonus terms in a way not intended by the promotion, or using bonus funds across multiple accounts. If bonus abuse is identified, vip13 reserves the right to forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and/or permanently close the account without further notice.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play
vip13 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, or legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to a standard human player.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing game outcome information, coordinating betting strategies to gain an unfair advantage, or manipulating the result of any game or match.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with vip13. This includes impersonating another person or using a false identity to create or access an account.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be considered void and subject to forfeiture.
- Using the platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing of illegal activities. vip13 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith, or disputing legitimate transactions as a strategy to retain both the deposited funds and associated winnings. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
vip13 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is identified, vip13 will act proportionately, which may include issuing a warning, temporarily restricting account features, voiding specific bets or winnings, suspending the account, or permanently closing the account and forfeiting the remaining balance.
Responsible Gaming
vip13 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cool-off periods (temporary suspension of betting activity for a defined period); and full self-exclusion for players who need to take an extended break from the platform.

Intellectual Property
All content published on the vip13 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip13 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the vip13 platform without the express prior written consent of vip13. Unauthorised use of vip13 intellectual property may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business. vip13 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
vip13's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Amendments to These Terms
vip13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vip13 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and may additionally notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the vip13 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting vip13 support.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the vip13 platform, we encourage you to contact vip13 support in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. vip13 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a final response within 28 calendar days. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction.
